Locum obstetrics gynecology physician needed in California. Responsibilities include clinic work with hospital delivery coverage, handling high and low risk pregnancies, performing gynecologic procedures, and providing call coverage 3-4 days per week. 8 hours guaranteed per day, with 214 deliveries annually. Competitive hourly rate from $150-$225, plus pre-paid travel and housing, and licensing assistance. Must be a licensed obstetrician-gynecologist available for contract coverage; patient load of 18-20 patients per shift; part of a Global Medical Staffing locum tenens team; NALTO member. Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4pm with occasional call and deliver coverage.
