Job Summary
Drive organic growth and lead business development in CA and NV for infrastructure/transportation markets; manage key client relationships, oversee client accounts, track pipeline and backlog, and meet KPIs. Develop and execute tailored BD plans, collaborate with operations and strategy teams, mentor sales talent, and represent the company at industry events. Requires travel 30-50% and a Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of sales leadership experience in regional programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor�s degree with 15 or more years of progressively responsible sales experience leading the growth of an office(s).
- Knowledge and experience leading, developing and managing sales programs across a region, with private and public clients in the construction, engineering and science disciplines.
- Experience with selling and delivering CMT, CEI, and design services.
