CALIBRATION TECHNICIAN

Job Summary
Calibrate and test a variety of instruments and equipment, ensure instruments/meters/test devices are calibrated correctly and provide accurate readings; perform calibrations across Equipment categories (Electrical, Dimensional, Industrial/Mechanical, Temperature, RF/Optical) in a local lab and at customer facilities; requires basic instrumentation experience, math skills, and ability to use MS Word/Excel; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs; travel up to 25% for on-site calibration at customer sites; training available; 401(k) with matching, medical/dental/vision, FSA, and vacation/sick time provided.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- Experience in basic instrumentation and manual tools
- Basic mathematics understanding
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in MS Word and Excel
- Ability to work both independently and under the supervision of Senior Technicians
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance
