Calibration Technician - Lab (Aldinger)

Job Summary
Complete accurate and timely calibrations in our shop for test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment across multiple fields. Perform routine and complex calibration on a wide variety of devices in accordance with ISO17025 standards and established procedures. Work directly with clients from the first onsite touch point to project completion, providing status updates and excellent service support. Maintain calibration records and documentation to ensure all data remains accurate and up to date while ensuring activities comply with industry regulations. This role requires on-site work at our Dallas, TX office.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with Electrical, Physical, and/or Mechanical Calibration of equipment
- Able to lift 50lbs, climb, kneel, drive and stand for long periods of time
- Demonstrated ability to learn mechanical and technical skills quickly
- Experience working in a technical or mechanical position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good organizational and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of principles, procedures, methods and techniques in metrology gained through education, or professional experience
- Experience working with Manufacturers Quality Systems
- Associate's Degree in Engineering, Electronics or other Technical Fields
- Technical Degree or Certificate
- Military PMEL Training
- Metrology experience
- Experience with IndySoft
