Job Summary

Conduct electronic, mechanical, and process calibrations at customer facilities and in-house labs, resolving out-of-tolerance conditions through adjustments, corrections, or component replacements. Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on precision equipment while collecting and recording calibration data to prepare reports and certificates. Collaborate directly with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and provide feedback for process improvements. Maintain strict adherence to ISO/IEC 17025 standards, good housekeeping practices, and careful equipment handling. Work an average of 42–50 hours weekly with local travel within a 2-hour radius of Hudson, NH, and occasional overnight stays. Earn $28–$38/hour with overtime at 1.5x, using a personal vehicle for field work with mileage and per diem reimbursement.

Required Qualifications

  • 0-3 years' experience
  • Strong understanding of statistics
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated ability to learn new skills
  • Must be able to travel overnight (up to ~20% of jobs)
  • Must own a vehicle for field work
