Job Summary
Calibration Technician – Field Service based out of Anaheim, CA, performing accurate calibrations in shop and at customer sites, following ISO 17025, and traveling to customer locations across California and the US. Responsibilities include calibrating a variety of devices per procedures, maintaining records, communicating with customers, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards, and providing professional service from first onsite touchpoint to project completion. Requires mechanical/technical background, ability to lift 50 lbs, and valid driver’s license for field travel. Travel across CA and US as needed. Education preferred includes associate-level technical degree or related engineering/electronics fields.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with Electrical, Physical, and/or Mechanical Calibration of equipment
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field service travel
- Demonstrated ability to learn mechanical and technical skills quickly
- Experience working in a technical or mechanical position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good organizational and prioritization skills
