Calibration Team Lead

Job Summary
Lead drivability calibration activities for assigned vehicle programs from development to production, supervising a ~10-member team. Collaborate with simulation/modeling teams to predict and refine drivability behavior. Interface with OEMs and internal stakeholders to align on targets and customer expectations. Mentor junior calibration engineers, conduct joint evaluation sign-off drives with customers and consultants, and define calibration strategies for throttle response, torque delivery, and pedal mapping. Perform vehicle testing across diverse environments and analyze drivability metrics using tools like INCA and ETAS; document changes with traceability in version control systems.
