Job Summary

Coordinate calibration activities, manage equipment logistics, and maintain accurate calibration records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reliability across multiple sites. Transport calibration equipment between locations by safely loading, unloading, and moving items weighing 20–30kg, requiring a UK driving licence to operate the company calibration van. Act as the key link between internal teams and external calibration providers to ensure equipment is calibrated on time while meeting stringent quality and regulatory standards. Maintain electronic databases and records with exceptional accuracy, utilizing Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems to ensure data integrity and traceability.

Required Qualifications

  • UK driving licence
  • ability to safely load, unload and move equipment weighing between 20–30kg without mechanical assistance
  • previous experience in an administration, coordination, or support role
  • experience within a technical, engineering, manufacturing, or operational setting
  • excellent organisational and planning skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and ensuring documentation and records are maintained with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to build strong working relationships across cross-functional teams and with external suppliers
  • ability to work independently

  • proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word

Desired Qualifications

  • ideally within a technical, engineering, manufacturing, or operational setting
  • experience within the aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, quality, or another highly regulated industry
  • an understanding of calibration processes, quality management systems, and industry standards such as ISO 9001 or AS9100
  • Experience using ERP or purchasing systems, such as SAP
