Calibration Engineer

Calibration Engineer responsible for internal calibrations within Grifols Calibration department at Grangecastle Manufacturing Facility; maintain calibration schedules, develop monthly reports detailing current schedule for maintenance manager, highlight defects and arrange repairs, maintain calibration lab to high standards in GMP-compliant manner, mentor Calibration technicians, liaise with department supervisors and managers to ensure calibration schedules are well executed and documented, participate in weekly Maintenance department meetings, setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of temperature, pressure, flow, humidity, level, pH and conductivity analysers and control valves on utility and process systems, be familiar with LAB calibration requirements, liaise with suppliers for outsourced calibration tasks and quotations, ensure calibrations are completed per calibration procedures, engage with SAP QM (training provided), trend and analyze performance data, participate in Grifols CI program and Safety Good Catch initiative, adhere to clean room gowning procedures and good documentation practices, engage with site safety requirements, potential shift work, location Dublin, Ireland.
