Calibration Engineer - Brake Controls

Job Summary
Perform calibration, verification, and validation of brake control systems, including ABS, TCS, and ESC, while acting as the primary technical interface between the customer and internal project teams. Analyze customer specifications, coordinate requirements tracking, and plan test vehicle usage to support development and validation activities. Participate in vehicle testing campaigns at various locations, including summer and winter programs, and execute software release procedures from prototype through production. Manage project activities and maintain documentation in accordance with Bosch standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 2+ years of test planning experience, and a valid driver's license. Indefinite U.S. work authorization required; sponsorship unavailable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in planning and conducting tests, as well as evaluating test results (professional or academic experience)
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations and test sites, including participation in seasonal vehicle test programs (summer and winter)
- Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only
- Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a drug screen and background check
- Candidates who have been offered the position must pass both screenings before their start date
