Job Summary
Calgaz Account Manager in Houston/Pearland with a hybrid schedule in an assigned territory. You will build and sustain high-value partnerships, advance territory growth by nurturing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities, and serve as a consultative advisor by integrating our product lines to add value for customers. You will develop strategic roadmaps to achieve sales milestones, conduct regular business reviews with key customers, coordinate cross-functional information, and stay informed about new products and the competitive landscape. Key skills include consultative selling, negotiation, contract fundamentals, managing objections, understanding gross margins, and the ability to read spreadsheets and analytics. Preferred qualifications include a degree in business or a relevant field and SAP experience.
Required Qualifications
- Business Development in a B2B space
- proven ability to self generate leads and manage through sales cycle
- proven track record of exceeding targets over a sustained period and in a consistent manner
- Understanding of value creation, negotiation, contract fundamentals and managing objections
- Ability to understand gross margin and the commercial levers to impact it
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to use and read spreadsheets & analytics
- Degree in business or relevant field is preferred
- SAP experience is preferred
