Job Summary
Lead internal audit and financial advisory engagements for Energy & Utilities clients, partnering with C-level executives to manage risk and develop strategies using analytics and automation. Oversee project work plans, conduct performance appraisals, and mentor teams while identifying new business opportunities through networking and client interactions. Translate complex risk topics into actionable solutions and integrate product resources to enhance client service capabilities. This Associate Director role supports a global consulting firm's network of 90 offices, helping organizations accelerate innovation and navigate risks. The position requires a hybrid work model with variable in-person and remote components, including potential travel to client sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting, Finance, or business-related field)
- 9+ years working in internal audit, consulting, assurance services, or related field, either in professional services or industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access
