Job Summary
Independent licensed behavioral health clinicians (LICSW, LMFT, LPC) sought to join a geriatric SNF/LTC therapy team in Idaho. Responsibilities include completing diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and in-person care at partner facilities; collaborate with BHS psychiatrists, psychologists, care coordinators, and facility staff; documentation in the Athena I EMR; adhere to agency policies; licensure in Idaho required. Required Qualifications
- Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree
- Idaho licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
- NPI (National Provider Identifier)
- Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS
- TB Test
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
- Vaccinations (up-to-date or exemptions as required)
- Proficient computer skills for EMR (Athena I)
- Excellent written communication
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
