Job Summary
Prepare cost calculations and analyze pricing for exclusive villa projects. Lead tender procedures and negotiate prices while preparing and comparing offers. Maintain contact with suppliers and subcontractors while collaborating with project leadership and site management. Requires minimum five years of experience as a calculator or tender engineer, a Bachelor or Master in Civil Engineering, and strong numerical skills. Salary is €4500 gross per month plus additional benefits. Flexible working hours and a pleasant work atmosphere are provided.
