Job Summary
Prepare reliable cost estimates and budgets by analyzing specifications, drawings, and contracts for dachterraces, sports parks, and green public spaces. Determine quantities, execution methods, and material choices while evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotes. Identify and calculate risks and optimization opportunities within tenders to guide execution choices. Collaborate with project leaders and bid teams to ensure plans align before implementation and facilitate clear handovers to the project team after award.
Required Qualifications
- minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol
- kennis van RAW systematiek
- kennis van UAV GC
- kennis van EMVI
- hbo diploma in bijvoorbeeld civiele techniek, Built and Environment of landschapsinrichting
