Job Summary
Conduct cost estimation and feasibility analysis for residential renovations and utility projects from initiation through contract award. Translate architectural plans into clear budgets, cost overviews, and risk analyses while collaborating with project managers and design leaders to determine optimal approaches for complex existing building challenges. Develop indicative estimates and bid budgets during tender phases, actively proposing optimizations that add value to clients. Contribute to the ongoing development of calculation processes, including digitalization, BIM, and emerging technologies like 3D and virtual reality. Work full-time in Amsterdam within a collaborative team focused on sustainable, innovative construction solutions for the region.
Required Qualifications
- Een mbo of hbo-diploma in Bouwkunde of een soortgelijke richting.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als calculator/ kostendeskundige binnen woningbouw en/of utiliteitsprojecten.
- Je bent minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar.
- Je werkt gestructureerd, overzichtelijk en hebt een professionele, klantgerichte houding.
- Affiniteit met nieuwe technieken zoals 3D, VR en een duidelijke visie op BIM als toekomst van de bouw.
