Job Summary
Analyze plans, specifications, and customer inquiries to translate technical requirements into feasible, efficient HVAC solutions. Measure on-site where necessary, calculate costs for installations, and generate clear quotes. Solicit and critically evaluate supplier quotes while monitoring margins, cost structures, and document completeness. Register orders and commercial documents, then track them from order to delivery. Coordinate with project leaders, technicians, sales, and operations to align on timing and execution, while keeping clients informed. Support after-sales service and administrative follow-up. Requires technical diploma in HVAC or equivalent, analytical mindset, clear communication skills, and proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
Required Qualifications
- technisch diploma (HVAC, elektromechanica, bouwkunde, bouwtechnologie, ..) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- analytisch en technisch sterk en werkt nauwkeurig
- communiceert helder, zowel intern als met klanten en leveranciers
- oplossingsgericht en kan vlot om met deadlines
- naast het Nederlands, kan je je plan trekken in het Frans en Engels
Desired Qualifications
- ervaring met calculatiesoftware is een plus
- leergierig en gedreven: interesse in piping en om je hierin stapsgewijs te verdiepen
