Job Summary
Interpret client requirements, design programs, and construction drawings (including Revit models) to develop accurate cost calculations and firm offers. Coordinate with project managers, production teams, and sales to align practical inputs and processing times, while negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors for realistic market-based estimates. Maintain ongoing contact with external partners to ensure project feasibility and sharp pricing from initial sketches to final quotations. Work on diverse modular projects ranging from laboratories to temporary detention cells, collaborating within a team of one calculator and a lead calculator.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma bouwkunde
- Ervaring in calculatie of een vergelijkbare rol
- Goede Nederlandse taalvaardigheid (minimaal B2)
- Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG)
Desired Qualifications
- Stage of afstuderen in plaats van werkervaring
