Job Summary
Prepare food according to approved recipes, production standards, and food safety guidelines by operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Chop vegetables, slice meats, prepare sauces, roll pizza dough, and decorate cakes while maintaining product freshness and minimizing waste. Assist with granola and other bakery production as assigned, ensuring a clean, organized work area through proper sanitation procedures. Support team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations in a fast-paced commercial environment, prioritizing exceptional guest service and maintaining a positive attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, climb, balance, and handle materials throughout the shift
- Must be able to work in refrigerated or cold-temperature environments
- Must be able to respond quickly to verbal instructions, alarms, and other workplace sounds
- Must be able to safely navigate confined workspaces and busy kitchen environments
