Job Summary
Decorate cakes, cookies, and other items according to production schedule and customer requests; perform baking and frying duties as assigned; price, date, and wrap/bag bakery products; properly fill, rotate and merchandise bakery shelves; notify Bakery Manager for ordering needs; assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking; maintain familiarity with products and pricing; follow PPE and safety guidelines and food safety expectations; may perform tasks in other departments; physical requirements include standing/walking for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds; position is part-time in Genesee, MI.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents
- Basic mathematical skills
- Detail oriented
