Cake Decorator

Cake Decorator responsible for managing cake orders and decor, executing cake construction and decoration, maintaining accurate inventory and displays, and providing guest-focused service. Key duties include taking orders for larger cake items, producing decorated cakes, ensuring proper accounting of accessories for deposits, maintaining inventory of novelties and decorating supplies, assisting with receiving/storing bakery products, and producing other bakery items as directed by the Bakery Merchant. Must possess knowledge of bakery processes, pricing, dating, wrapping/bagging, and be able to respond to customer inquiries with clear, friendly communication. Location-based at Ely, NV with on-site duties; flexibility to support in-store bakery operations and adherence to store policies and code of conduct.
