Job Summary
Responsible for decorating all ordered cakes, maintaining adequately filled shelves, controlling freshness of products, wrapping and pricing items accurately, ensuring regular cleaning and sanitation, and providing prompt customer service. Duties also include greeting customers, completing cake orders to satisfaction, answering phones, taking special orders, and assisting in baking when needed.
