Cake Decorator PT

Greet guests, announce specials on the PA system, and perform bakery clerk functions when requested. Prepare products for sale by icing, decorating, pricing, packaging, and labeling cakes while writing names and mixing colors per chart. Maintain sanitation standards in the cooler, freezer, prep, and sales areas by rotating icings, scraping buckets, and keeping the supply area tidy. Achieve budgeted sales, shrink, and profits for the cake section. Perform front porch duties to ensure guest arrival standards and communicate guest requests or temperature breakdowns to management. Assist in product receiving and storage.
