Job Summary
Cake Decorator responsible for decorating specialty cakes, cupcakes, and cookies (including photo cakes) and providing friendly, customer-first service. Duties include greeting customers, taking telephone orders, maintaining display cases and workstation cleanliness, preparing and producing quality products, managing inventory and ordering, ensuring special cake orders are ready for delivery on time, and cross-training in multiple areas with varying responsibilities. Experience in food service is a plus but not required; must be able to work on-site in Gatlinburg, TN, with a positive, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Food Service experience a plus, but not required
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- perform routine and repetitive tasks
- ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
