Job Summary
Greet customers, take telephone orders, and provide prompt, courteous service while maintaining a positive, friendly atmosphere. Prepare and produce quality food and specialty cakes, including decorating cakes, cupcakes, and cookies using photo cake computers. Maintain cookie and cake cases, keep display cases and workstations neat, and ensure all special orders are ready for delivery on time. Assist in proper rotation and dating of food service products, manage product inventory, and place orders. Rotate through multiple areas as a cross-trained Food Service Associate.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
