Job Summary
Cake Decorator role focused on bakery department operations, replenishment and inventory, merchandising and displays, and compliance with food safety and company procedures. Responsibilities include supporting department readiness, pricing maintenance, inventory processes, back stock, damages and reworks, proper packaging/labeling, and safety; building relationships and providing exceptional customer service aligned with Harps’ mission and SMILE program; requires flexibility in schedule, ability to handle physical tasks, and adherence to dress code and safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, early mornings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Adaptable to different situations and shifting priorities
- Ability to interpret, understand and follow instructions
- Moves, lifts, carries and places merchandise and supplies weighing <= 25 pounds
- Frequent reaching, bending, standing for long periods
- May be exposed to weather and chemical solvents
