Decorate cakes per customer orders using frosting, piping, and fondant; prepare and bake cake components adhering to recipes and food-prep guidelines; maintain a clean, sanitary workspace and follow safety standards; manage time to meet deadlines; collaborate with team to ensure smooth workflow; package and label finished products; provide excellent customer service by taking orders and answering inquiries; assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Cake Decorating techniques, including frosting, piping, and fondant work.
- General knowledge of baking principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of Food Safety and Sanitation regulations.
