Job Summary
Produce baked goods according to guest requests while providing courteous and prompt service to increase guest confidence and loyalty. Maintain consistent operating conditions and a friendly atmosphere in the retail grocery location. Order and manage kitchen equipment including ovens, mixers, and cake machines. This role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 150 lbs continuously or frequently. Schedule includes varied shifts covering days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must able to travel at least 80% of the time
- Compliance with all Winn-Dixie policies and procedures
- Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
- Ability to understand and follow English instructions
- Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
