Job Summary
Produce baked goods according to guest requests while increasing guest confidence and loyalty through courteous, prompt service and a friendly atmosphere. Order kitchen equipment, slicers, ovens, mixers, and cleaning supplies to maintain consistent operating conditions. Handle up to 100 lbs when carrying, pushing, or lifting items; pull up to 150 lbs and climb 10-foot heights occasionally. Work inside, outside, and in cold or heat conditions with varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be 18 years of age, able to travel 80% of the time if floater, and possess English proficiency.
Required Qualifications

- Compliance with all Winn-Dixie policies and procedures
- Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
- Ability to understand and follow English instructions
- Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same
