Job Summary
Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service while preparing and producing quality food and specialty cakes. Decorate specialty cakes using photo cake computers, cupcakes, and cookies, and maintain display cases and workstations. Take telephone orders for food and specialty cakes, ensuring special cake orders are ready for delivery on time. Manage product inventory, ordering, and rotation, and keep the area around the workstation neat and clean. Cross-train in multiple areas with varying responsibilities to support the company mission of running the best store in town.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
