Job Summary
Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service while maintaining a positive, friendly, and fun atmosphere. Prepare and produce quality food and products, including decorating specialty cakes with photo cake computer technology, cupcakes, cookies, and table cakes. Take telephone orders for food and specialty cakes, manage cookie and cake cases, and assist in proper rotation and dating of Food Service products. Maintain product inventory, place orders, and keep display cases, workstations, and surrounding areas neat and clean. Ensure all special cake orders are ready for delivery on time. Cross-trained in multiple areas with varying responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
