Job Summary
Greet customers, take telephone orders for food and specialty cakes, and ensure all special cake orders are ready for delivery on time. Prepare and produce quality food and products, including decorating specialty cakes using photo cake computers, cupcakes, cookies, and table cakes. Maintain cookie and cake cases, manage product inventory and ordering, and assist in proper rotation and dating of Food Service products. Keep display cases, workstations, and surrounding areas neat and clean while adhering to scheduled shifts. Cross-trained in multiple areas with varying responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- Ability to have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
