Assemble and decorate ice cream cakes, Oreo cookie cakes, and other products for restaurant production, filling the freezer with required items and fulfilling customer orders for weddings, birthdays, and graduations. Maintain all production areas, equipment, freezers, and stock zones by cleaning workstations, washing gear, and adhering to food safety standards, date marking, and sanitation guidelines. Operate restaurant equipment while meeting punctuality requirements to ensure timely cake delivery to guests.
