Job Summary
Manage large tier cake orders from taking orders through production to final accessory accounting. Fill, rotate, and arrange display cases while maintaining inventory levels for bakery ingredients and decoration novelties. Assist in receiving and storing bakery products, ensuring adequate stock for all orders. Produce other bakery items as directed and answer guest inquiries regarding bakery items, descriptions, and ingredients.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 18 years
- Ability to grasp, push, pull, carry, stoop, twist, crouch, and reach
- Ability to perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and eye, hand and foot coordination
- Ability to hear and respond to customer inquiries
- Ability to stand, walk and bend throughout the entire work day
- Ability to maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 30 pounds from location to location
