Bake cakes in all sizes and flavors by following established recipes, removing them from pans, and packaging them properly. Rotate baked goods according to brand standards while tracking inventory and communicating material needs to management. Maintain the baking station by keeping tables, equipment, and tools clean and sanitized. Fold boxes and label containers, and communicate with management regarding equipment problems and maintenance. Assist other departments as necessary.
