Job Summary
Promote mental health and emotional well-being by strategically developing, implementing, and monitoring internal health programs. Contribute to a healthier organizational culture through qualified listening, preventive actions, and psychological interventions that balance individual needs with the work environment. Apply active listening, counseling, and organizational climate management skills while assessing psychosocial risks and conducting psychological evaluations. Maintain a schedule from Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:48.
Required Qualifications
- Superior Completo em Psicologia, com registro ativo no CRP
- Vivência anterior em atendimentos psicológicos
- Conhecimento em Técnicas de escuta ativa, acolhimento e orientação psicológica
- Conhecimento em Gestão de clima e ambiente organizacional
- Conhecimento em saúde mental e prevenção de riscos psicossociais
- Noções de avaliação psicológica
- CNH B
- Pacote Office (Foco Excel e PowerPoint)
- Atuação de segunda a sexta-feira das 07:00 às 16:48
