Job Summary
Oversee all grave shift cage operations, ensuring compliance with internal controls, state gaming regulations, and company policies. Supervise cage personnel, safeguard financial assets, and support training while maintaining accuracy in daily cash handling. Monitor and verify currency, coins, checks, and documentation; review and balance cage activity for accurate financial records. Investigate discrepancies promptly and ensure confidentiality in all transactions. Assist the Cage Shift Manager with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. This role requires a day shift schedule with potential evening, weekend, and holiday coverage. Candidates must hold a Nebraska Gaming License, be at least 21 years old, and possess three years of cage experience including one year in a supervisory capacity.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Three (3) years of cage or cash-handling experience, including at least one (1) year in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of state gaming regulations and monetary transaction controls
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to secure and maintain NE Gaming License
