Job Summary
Maintain working knowledge of cage operations, controls, and software while supervising all cage, main bank, and chip bank personnel to ensure an enjoyable gaming experience. Convey policy and scheduling changes to team members, verify paperwork and inventory controls across all work areas, and assist with recovering variances, handling guest disputes, and addressing counterfeit issues. Ensure team members are trained and developed in cage operations, monitor business flow to create efficient schedules, and accurately track leave and special requests. Work irregular hours including mostly days, weekends, and holidays in a high-energy environment with frequent interruptions.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license
- The Cage Supervisor must be flexible to work mostly days, weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience in casino cage operations or banking preferred
- College degree or some level of secondary education preferred
