Job Summary
The Cage Shift Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Cage Team in executing accurate and efficient accounting activities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role involves issuing credit to guests, monitoring financial activities, assisting in departmental policy development, and maintaining staffing levels through training and evaluation. The supervisor directly oversees Cage/Credit employees during assigned shifts and creates an enjoyable atmosphere for guests by promoting mutual respect and engagement among staff.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in casino credit operations or related area required
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents
- Ability to write effective reports and memos
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to apply common sense reasoning to variety of situations
