Job Summary
Assist Casino Cage/Credit Manager in protecting casino cage assets by implementing accounting and documentation policies and procedures; monitor transactions; ensure compliance with company internal controls, laws and regulations. Responsibilities include managing physical custody of cage assets, overseeing currency transactions, supervising and training team members, reviewing documents for regulatory compliance, maintaining customer credit records, researching cage variances, providing friendly customer service, auditing transactions with the table games department, approving check cashing and credit issuance, resolving customer disputes, and performing duties in the absence of the Cage/Credit Manager. Also balance and fill NRT machines on the casino floor; follow management directions for other duties; demonstrate strong communication and English proficiency, and operate relevant office and gaming software.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in all facets of cage operations
- Prior experience with money handling transactions
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
