Job Summary
Assist the Casino Cage/Credit Manager in protecting assets by implementing accounting policies, monitoring transactions, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and gaming regulations. Supervise and train team members while maintaining physical custody of all cage assets and currency transaction reports. Review documents, audit table game transactions, and maintain customer credit records. Report cage variances, resolve customer disputes, and approve check cashing and credit issuance per company policies. Balance and fill NRT machines on the casino floor. Perform duties of the Casino Cage/Credit Manager during their absence. Must be 21 years of age with prior money handling experience and at least two years in cage operations. Requires proficiency in CMS, Central Credit, and gaming ticketing kiosks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- Prior experience with money handling transactions
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations
- Ability to lift up to 26 pounds
- Ability to push/pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to utilize basic office machines as well as 10 key, Jetsort, Jetscan, gaming ticketing kiosks, and micro-encoder
- Ability to operate CMS, Central Credit, Global Cash, Western Union, ACSC, Microsoft Office, and KRONOS software and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to read, write and speak English
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in all facets of cage operations preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
