Cage Shift Manager (7489)

Job Summary
Operate all Cage activity during the shift, balancing the casino Cage at end of shift and controlling the Cage main bank. Supervise Cage Supervisors, Main Bankers, and CSRs to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and Tribal Internal Control Standards. Conduct investigations of window overages or shortages, correct discrepancies, and forward reports to the Cage Manager. Handle customer inquiries and complaints while maintaining security and accountability of company funds. Prepare daily reports and necessary data for the budget. Coordinate and supervise training, assignments, and development of subordinates. Maintain excellent communications with Directors and Supervisors. Work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and emergency calls 24/7.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree (or GED)
- Two (2) years (or equivalent) supervisory experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to operate a 10-key calculator
- Must pass periodic random drug screens
- Must be able to pass background suitability investigation
- Must obtain a Tribal Gaming License
- Must obtain all other applicable certifications and licenses
- Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment
- Must be available for emergency calls 24/7
- Must be available to work weekend and holidays
- Must follow all safety policies and procedures and attend all scheduled safety meetings and training as a condition of employment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- One (2) year Cage Supervisory experience preferred
