Job Summary
Responsible for balancing various bank drawers within the Guest Service area of the Finance Department, ensuring accuracy throughout the balancing process. Duties include cashing chips and gaming tokens, processing currency exchanges, assisting guests with player’s club membership, resolving guest conflicts, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and departmental records.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Extremely numbers-oriented and computer-literate
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to apply common sense reasoning to a variety of situations
- Must possess a Level 2 Gaming License
Desired Qualifications
- Some college courses in banking, finance or related area preferred
- Cash handling experience preferred
