Job Summary
Manage high-volume cash handling, credit operations, and customer financial services while ensuring strict adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and regulatory reporting standards. Develop cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and reduce financial risk, then lead the cashier team through performance evaluations and constructive feedback. Resolve transaction disputes promptly and enforce updated operational procedures in collaboration with Security and Surveillance.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of five (5) years of financial management or cage operations experience
- At least two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial role
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements specific to the gaming industry
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience preferably within a gaming or hospitality environment
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Bilingualism (English/French)
