Job Summary
Lead strategic direction and performance management of the cage team while developing and monitoring the department budget. Review credit applications, limits, and balances; oversee credit issuance, front money, and collection activity per approved policies. Investigate and resolve cage variances, overages/shortages, patron disputes, and audit findings. Ensure accurate custody of inventory and maintain meticulous records. Direct smooth, cost-effective operations including labor management and staffing levels, while ensuring compliance with Title 31/AML regulations and Tribal-State Compact requirements. Maintain payroll accuracy and train staff on internal controls and gaming regulations. Collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements and evaluate new technologies to protect assets and enhance guest service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or related field
- Ten years of gaming experience that includes cash handling and cage experience
- Seven years of supervisory experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of Title 31, AML, internal controls, and gaming regulatory standards
- Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays
- All applicants must obtain a Class III A license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission
- Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions

- Experience working with tribal entities
- Experience managing multi-shift and/or multi-property operations
- Experience in multi-jurisdictional cage and credit operations
