Cage/Credit Manager

Manage day-to-day operations of the casino cage and credit departments by overseeing cash requirements, ensuring accurate accounting of transactions, and enforcing all company policies. Protect cage assets through strict implementation of accounting and documentation procedures while monitoring transactions for compliance with internal controls and regulations. Direct credit office activities to secure payments on outstanding markers and resolve guest disputes, reporting and researching any variances. Prepare annual budgets and regular reports, maintain secure company assets, and instruct personnel on proper job duties. Coordinate tasks with various departments to maintain a positive team atmosphere.
