Job Summary
Greet customers with positive service skills while issuing money to floor personnel and cashing checks, payroll, and personal funds per internal control procedures. Redeem gaming chips for currency or coin, process debit cards and cash equivalents, and document all transactions with accuracy. Manage fills and credits to gaming floors and slots jackpots, maintain security of cage keys, and stay updated on marketing promotions. Complete required forms and perform other assigned duties. This role offers a $15.00 hourly rate with flexible scheduling, paid time off, and comprehensive medical, vision, and dental benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Previous experience with cash handling
- Ability to obtain and maintain State of Nevada Gaming Card
- Previous 10-key, office machines, computer, internal radio usage, and phone usage experience
Desired Qualifications
- Two years prior customer service experience
