Job Summary
Cage Cashier responsible for friendly, efficient cash handling and customer service in a casino cage environment. Duties include greeting guests, issuing money to floor/shift personnel, cashing checks/payroll/personal checks according to internal controls, redeeming gaming chips for currency, processing transactions with accuracy, maintaining security of cage keys, staying informed on promotions, and documenting transactions. Must have prior cash handling and customer service experience; high school diploma or equivalent required; ability to obtain and maintain State of Nevada Gaming Card; experience with 10-key, office machines, computer, internal radio, and phone usage is preferred.
