Job Summary
Safeguard company assets, accurately balance assigned cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift, and process guest transactions including chip redemptions, ticket payouts, check cashing, and debit card advances. Issue and replace player club cards, conduct rolling chip exchanges, and maintain legible balance sheets and transaction records while assisting the supervisor with shift documentation. Ensure strict compliance with gaming regulations and internal control standards through professional, courteous customer service and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform prolonged standing and walking
- Ability to use hands, fingers, and fine motor skills for cash handling and computer tasks
- Ability to use regular verbal, written, and non-verbal communication
- Must be able to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to secure and maintain NE Gaming License
