Job Summary
Safeguard company assets, accurately balance assigned cash drawers, and provide financial services to guests in a professional and courteous manner. Process chip redemptions, ticket payouts, check cashing, and other transactions while supporting player club services and maintaining compliance with gaming regulations. Balance assigned bank at the beginning and end of each shift, conduct rolling chip exchanges, and issue or replace player club cards. Maintain accurate balance sheets and transaction records, assist the Cage Supervisor with shift records, and ensure confidentiality of internal activities. This role requires a 21+ year old with a high school diploma or GED, working full-time evenings, weekends, and holidays at WarHorse Gaming in Lincoln, NE.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform prolonged standing and walking
- Ability to use hands, fingers, and fine motor skills for cash handling and computer tasks
- Ability to use regular verbal, written, and non-verbal communication
- Must be able to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to secure and maintain NE Gaming License
